Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Chaundra’s Candle Bar! This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Orders: All candle and merchandise orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Fundraiser Orders: Fundraiser sales may require additional processing time. Delivery windows will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We’ll notify you by email if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

3. Local Pickup & Events

  • Orders associated with in-person candle bar events or fundraisers may be picked up directly at the event location.

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup or distribution.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number (if available).

  • Tracking information will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Damages & Issues

  • We package all candles and products with care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [insert email] with photos of the damage.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Please note: Chaundra’s Candle Bar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship internationally.

  • Candles may not be shipped to PO Boxes in certain states due to carrier restrictions.
